About Lenticular Shareware

Lenticular Shareware started as a personal hobby, fueled by a keen interest in lenticular and 3-dimensional imaging. Through experimenting with lenticular, I found that none of the commercially available software was able to make the process easy; the user had to manually calculate many numbers, keep track of repeatedly used data, and do some mental gynnastics to result in a barely adequate image.

Being extremely strong in mathmatics, science, programming, and understanding optical theory, I undertook the task of trying to write "the" lenticular imaging program. Through scientific analysis, lots of testing, and some all-night triginometry sessions, I eventually released a program called "Lenny". Lenny was revolutionary in many ways, and created images of better quality than ANY competing program (just ask Lenny users!). It was also very simple to use in comparison.

As a companion program, I also released "Shifty", a program for automatically creating sets of images for lenticular interlacing from 2-dimensional "layers".

Over the next several years, I focused on developing custom imaging software for various clients, as well as consulting on workflow and color issues. From many of these projects came various bits and pieces of software that could be extracted and re-used in future applications. Using these pre-built "widgets" in new projects made development quicker, easier, and dramatically reduced bugs and testing time, making it very economical to develop custom solutions for customers. Today, we have developed complete, custom imaging programs for clients for as little as $400!

Our current lineup of "off the shelf" applications includes the following:

Of course, a large part of our work is in custom development. If your company has unique imaging needs, or you just can't find "the perfect program" for your business, let us know. We'll work with you to help define what it is that you need, and may surprise you with how affordable it can be. Email us for details.
